Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at George Hall! We are so excited to begin this new year with you and your children. We hope your summer was filled with special moments and that you’re entering this school year feeling refreshed and ready.
Our staff has been working hard to prepare for the year ahead, and it was such a joy to welcome our students on campus this year. As we begin this school year, we are filled with optimism about the many opportunities for learning, connection, and growth that lie ahead for our students, staff, and community.
This year, George Hall will continue to receive valuable support from several district Teacher on Special Assignment (ToSA) roles. We are fortunate to have a full-time Language & Literacy ToSA, as well as part-time Math and part-time Multilingual ToSAs working alongside our staff to strengthen instruction and support student learning in these key areas.
We are also entering the fourth year of the San Mateo-Foster City School District’s Strategic Plan, which continues to guide our collective work with a focus on Achievement, Equity, and Wellness. In addition, the district will be working in close collaboration with school sites and our broader community this year to co-create a new vision for the future of our district—one that reflects our shared values and goals for all students.
